On my first purchase, WithLogos didn't have the product available, so I switched it out for a similar one that came with a discount. Guess what? That one was also unavailable, and I ended up having to cancel the whole order. It's really annoying that they list items that aren't actually in stock but keep selling them. I had to keep going back and forth, only to discover I couldn't get what I wanted. Now, I'm stuck waiting for 5-7 days for my refund to process, which is a real hassle considering they’ve tied up over $200 of mine!

The delivery was speedy, but the hand sanitizer labeled as 'unscented' has a terrible odor! Seriously, skip buying that hand sanitizer. They won't even think about providing alternatives. Really bad customer service.

I ordered the "Custom Printed Alcohol-Free - Sani-mist Pocket Sprayer Hand Sanitizer (20134)" for a tradeshow at my workplace.

Unfortunately, my initial shipment arrived in bad shape; the pens were poorly put together in the box and had leaked all over.

I reached out to WithLogos that same day to sort out a new order, and I was really impressed with their quick customer service. They responded almost immediately and expressed their apologies for the state of my first order. By the end of the day, I had a reorder in the works, and I didn’t even have to deal with sending back the faulty items.

A week later, my replacement arrived in perfect condition. Everything was spot on—no problems at all. The print looks sharp and clear, and the pens function flawlessly.

Even though the initial order made me give a 4-star rating, I have to commend a company that swiftly tackled the issue and delivered a product I’m proud to show off to our audience.

Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s all about how they’re fixed. They really turned my experience around, and I’d definitely think about ordering from them again.

The quality just didn't cut it. The packaging was lacking, using only a 3/4” piece of bubble wrap for a 3” empty space. Ended up with a broken and damaged item.
